3.3. Client Materials

Any content, materials, trademarks, or intellectual property provided by a Client to the Agency for use in a project remains the property of the Client. The Client grants the Agency a license to use these materials solely for the purpose of performing the contracted Services.

4. Limitation of Liability and Disclaimer

4.1. Information Accuracy

The Content on the Website, including blog posts and resources, is provided for general information purposes only and does not constitute professional advice. The Agency makes no representations or warranties regarding the accuracy, reliability, or completeness of the Content.

4.2. No Warranties

6. Client Services and Payments

6.1. Separate Agreement Required

The provision of all professional services, including but not limited to, digital marketing campaigns, Google Tag Manager implementations, web development, and strategy consulting, is governed exclusively by a separate, mutually executed Service Agreement or Statement of Work between the Agency and the Client.

6.2. Conflict Resolution

In the event of any conflict between these Website Terms and a specific Service Agreement, the terms of the Service Agreement shall take precedence regarding the provision of those professional services.

7. Governing Law and Jurisdiction

These Terms shall be governed and construed in accordance with the laws of the location where the Agency is primarily registered, without regard to its conflict of law provisions. Any legal action or proceeding arising under these Terms will be brought exclusively in the applicable courts of that jurisdiction.

8. Changes to Terms

We reserve the right, at our sole discretion, to modify or replace these Terms at any time. If a revision is material, we will try to provide at least 30 days’ notice prior to any new terms taking effect. What constitutes a material change will be determined at our sole discretion. By continuing to access or use our Services after those revisions become effective, you agree to be bound by the revised terms.
